For parts that wear quickly and have a high replacement frequency, we apply wear-resistant coatings through thermal spraying. By forming a high-hardness and high-durability film on the surface, we aim to extend the lifespan of the parts and reduce maintenance frequency. In the case of equipment parts, it is sometimes possible to improve performance by functionalizing only the surface without changing the base material to an expensive one. We propose appropriate thermal spray specifications based on the usage environment, counterpart materials, sliding conditions, and types of wear.
